Location was perfect. Right by restaurants and shops. Parking also available. Two bedroom unit was good Instructions left for TV which is always helpful and there was a radio. Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Very comfortable and a really pleasant place to stay. I have stayed at many motels in Dunedin over the years and Alexis is by far the best.

Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Great location. Issue with the door not sealing properly in room 709 meant that tobacco smoke kept coming in our room which wasn’t nice. Cyril tried to sort it on the day and got someone out to replace the door seals which seemed to be better. Great restaurants close by

Welcoming, friendly and flexible. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Clean and well maintained. Bed mattress felt a bit old but we still managed a good sleep. Convenient location. Easy walk to restaurants and city centre. Just a few minutes walk to Otago University, museum, hospital, botanic garden, etc. Ideal for a family.

This motel is a two minute walk to the hospital, which was our reason for choosing, all food close by, parking available, owners very accommodating, very close to shops as well
