Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and the location was great!

Rented a two bedroom and it was just wonderful for our family need. Place is safe and the staff have been nice to my family especially my elderly mother who enjoyed staying with us on this visit. What I personally liked: 1. prrovision for a wired internet connection and a seperate simple router to connect to when the signal to the common wifi gets weak. 2. Near to simple provision shops and starbucks. 3. Staff is available when we have need for assistance. 4. Value for money as it is difficult to look for a fully furnished 2 bedroom place with 24 hour staff. 5. A very affordable Grab ride away to malls around Makati.

The real building did not match the actual hotel

From the moment of arrival, the warmth and genuine hospitality are through the roof, making the slightly dated decor feel less like a drawback and more like a comforting embrace of history. The front desk team, particularly Ms. Beth, Glen, Edgar went above and beyond to ensure a seamless check-in and offered invaluable local recommendations, making us feel truly cared for and not just another reservation number. The housekeeping staff, led by the ever-smiling Eric, maintained impeccable cleanliness while always having a friendly word, further contributing to the familial atmosphere. This personalized attention and the sense of belonging fostered by the entire team transformed what could have been a simple stay into a memorable experience, proving that outstanding service can elevate even the most seasoned establishments. Shout out to Dennis, Aying, Arnel, Ruel and to everyone who made our stay pleasant and unforgettable.

I trade stocks, they post they have internet. Just before usa market opened, there was no internet, took service on multiple levels. No internet snywhere, he also said people have been calling. I told him the problem, i lost close to 80k peso, they gave me back my money less a day, they are responsible for my losses

Clean room nice room layout but airconditioner in the room is not cold for first day ; second day I requested for another room it’s good

Stayed 6nights, locationnis very accessible, employees are great.But the room where I stayed need improvement. They should putbstsnding shower instead of bathub that higher than my knees its notnsafe for both children and adults. Kitchens missing utensil, missing hand towel and facetowels ,no extra toilet paper whic i indeed up asking them. It's very old carpet, TV need to upgrade Overall the place need to upgrade .

The hotel is very old and the rooms smelled like it were not used for months. Need to renovate so customers will once again return to this hotel.
