Very clean comfortable hotel close to the beach . Delicious breakfast and dinner. We were in the second block so not where the dining room was but was still ok. Fabulous room but no coffee or tea etc. They had to be bought at reception!! Also on buying 2,drinks fir 8.65 euros we were not given our change from a 10 euro note as the waiter disappeared!!

This is my 6th stay at this hotel, absolutely love it. Great staff, spotless clean rooms, comfortable beds. Plenty of water and drinks in the fridge, every day supply. Great breakfast and dinners. Life music. Highly recommend this hotel. Best hotel in Palma

Another great stay here - clean and quiet room, staff were very friendly and as a solo traveller I felt safe here including in the surrounding area.

Clean rooms with very thin walls and no soft close on the doors. Expect to hear a lot of door slamming. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Food is very tasty and waiters always around. Location is very good, very close to the beach and the promenade. Parking situation isn't great but if you drive around for a bit you'll find something.

So they said they had a hot tub on the property we couldn’t find it, our shower , sink and bath stopped working said they would send someone up in 30-45 minutes it was longer then that. We tried to get a bit of a refund for this property refused. The pool inside is only open 10am-6pm a bit strange to me. We arrived told our room wasn’t ready understandable so we waited till 1:30- I assume room wasn’t ready cause it was getting cleaned we get into the room stuff under the bed, also dusty on my night stand everything else was fine. And mind you if your coming here on off season there is absolutely nothing to do around here, nothings open, it’s a ghost down.
