Ophold alene

Location was great. I love walking everywhere though. Even across the bridge from here, but that is a good walk. There is a bar on site and a coffee shop in the same building too. I appreciated there were two stalls and two showers. I wish I had a TV in the room for evenings, but I know not all do. Bed was descent. Pillows were horrible. You can control your own temperature. I didn't use the community room, but it seemed busy and enjoyable by other guests. That's where the bar was. The rooms are up A LOT or stairs. Check in is on floor 3, my room was floor 5. And each floor is two sets of stairs. It's a lot of stairs. However. They do have a small elevator that I saw people using. I wish I had somewhere to put my luggage on. And more than one hanger.

Very cheap dorm accommodation and exactly what you would expect for the price. The drawer to store luggage was big. But the bed privacy curtain did not shut properly and had a gap in the middle and either end so it did not feel private laid in bed. The location is perfect. Very central and close to trains and metro.

This is a very vibrant hostel. Lots of young friendly travelers interacting in the common area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay here again if traveling through Porto!!

Staff was amazing!!! Specially Josh from the front desk and bartender!!! Josh do both and he is friendly and super cool !!! Josh you’re a superstar!!!! And Gabi the Brazilian girl ( support team) Gabi you’re a sweetheart!!! Made my stay so special!! We also could walk to anywhere!!! Bakery right in front!! Most beautiful McDonald right in the corner!! Everything walkable!! I enjoy my stay!!! Thank you 🇺🇸🇺🇸
