An Absolute Gem—Warm Hospitality at Its Finest!We recently spent a wonderful weekend in Room 4, and I am writing this review specifically to highlight the incredible standards of hospitality and old-fashioned manners that made our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the welcome we received from David and Janice was so warm and genuine that it felt like we were catching up with old friends.The customer service here is simply excellent. David and Janice truly cannot do enough for you, and their attentiveness is unmatched. David is a remarkable host—incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, generous with his time, and a true gentleman whose traditional manners are a breath of fresh air.As for the food, the traditional English breakfast is absolutely unbelievable. Janice uses the finest fresh ingredients, including delicious, freshly baked bread that was a highlight of our mornings.Room 4 was a perfect base for the weekend. Combined with immaculate service and hosts who make you feel completely at home, this is the place to be. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

As Farm really is a fabulous place to stay. Great location , the rooms are beyond beautiful, super friendly couple who run it and the food is just fabulous. I have been on many occasions to stay at Ash farm and I am just about to book another stay. Highly highly recommend this place Fiona.

The room was spotlessly clean. A comfortable large bed and the hosts very welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional.

Lovely location tucked away in a rural cul de sac but easy access to major roads and Airport. I opted for the smaller double room which was compact but comfortable. The owners/staff were all excellent and very helpful. The breakfast buffet, while a little expensive, was superb and had everything you could want, all at a high quality. The only downside (nothing to do with the accommodation itself) was not rely on the pub next door - I stayed on a Tuesday and the pub kitchen was closed early and the whole pub shut at 7:30pm.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful and surroundings were beautiful,next to a lovely pub serving good food,but we found the room to be quite cramped and rather uncomfortable due to being very warm,it was around 25 degrees outside but bed had a very heavy winter quilt,the bathroom was immaculate with a nice shower but room itself was quite dusty,didn’t look like it had been dusted in a long time,overall experience was not terrible but I have stayed in nicer places ,I’m not looking to condemn Ash Farm but trying to be honest
