Les moquettes auraient besoin d’un gros nettoyage. Une rénovation des salles de bain ne serait pas du luxe. Mauvaise odeur dans les ascenseurs. Petit déjeuner très bien, complet et varié.

We previously stayed at a similar hotel in another European city and had a completely different experience. Despite advertising air conditioning, guests have no control over it. The room was small, outdated, and lacked basic amenities such as a hairdryer. To borrow a hairdryer or iron, guests are required to leave a cash deposit, and if you do not have cash, staff are unwilling to offer any alternative solution. When I finally received the equipment, it was old, dirty, and in poor condition. It ended up damaging my clothes, and when I reported it to reception, the response was essentially, “whatever.” Customer service throughout our stay was disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested in helping guests and often preferred to ignore concerns rather than address them. Even upon arrival, we stood at the reception desk for some time without being acknowledged before someone finally asked what we wanted. Another frustrating policy is that luggage storage is not complimentary. If you arrive before check-in, you must pay to store your bags, which is unusual compared to most hotels and even many hostels where this is provided as a basic courtesy. Overall, the hotel does not provide the level of service or amenities that its advertising suggests, and the lack of customer care significantly affected our stay. I understand it’s “budget “ but again we already used exactly the same chain of hotels before and never experienced such low service

Upon arrival reception staff could have greeted us with a smile, just checked us in could have been more professional Shower was usable but needed a new shower head Room was clean, ok for a few days Breakfast ok no bacon it had all gone should have stocked up not ran out for £15 per person

Restaurant was very good for a cheapy hotel

For a budget hotel it had everything we needed very basic rooms but clean and very helpful staff, breakfast was good, we’d say again if travelling on a tight budget.

Great rooms and got a free upgrade. Staff were helpful and friendly. Can’t go wrong with ibis

Room was clean, we had soap in the room but I brought my shampoo as I always do. We did not have a kettle in the room but we could get always hot water at the bar. We also asked or two additional pillows and we were given. The room was basic, I think an extra chair would help but all in all it was alright.

The staff was very kind. We had what we needed for the trip to be a success. Transportation was good and convenient, bus right outside the hotel which took us to a nearby metro station.
