The location is not great as side from being close to the station, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also good so the price is reasonable.

An excellent overnight stay right by the Brussels Midi station. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and good value for money. Literally 5 minute walk from the station.

Terrible service and poor hygiene—avoid this hotel! "I booked a room for three people and paid the full rate, yet the hotel only prepared for two. There were no extra linens or towels. Most disturbingly, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned and contained waste from the previous guest. When I asked for help, the receptionist was incredibly rude. He ignored my printed confirmation showing three guests and told me to take it up with Expedia rather than fixing the problem. Zero accountability and disgusting room standards. Do not stay here.

I was made to feel very welcome. Staff could not have done more to make me comfortable. I found the bed very hard but they gave me an extra duvet to sleep on.
