Check-in/out and parking was quick and easy. Our room was very nice and clean and it is connected to the convention center! The food at their restaurant was amazing. I will be staying there again.

Restaurant was good. Due to mgmt go change over, credit card not working. All had to be charged to room. Nice room but AC was loud. I also could not turn out the night lights.

+ Clean room and well maintained. Comfy bed and pillows. - The restaurant/bar has low energy and quiet, maybe add some music or tv sound. No umbrellas at the valet/front desk to be able to walk to the nearby downtown.

I had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree Hotel Downtown Tucson, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was spotlessly clean. Everything looked fresh and well maintained, from the bed to the bathroom. I was especially impressed by how quiet my room was. Despite being downtown, I didn't hear any noise from the street or other guests, which made for a very restful night's sleep. The staff was another reason this stay stood out. From check-in to the end of my visit, everyone I met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They answered my questions quickly, offered great local tips, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. That kind of service really makes a difference and gives the hotel a welcoming, neighborhood feel. The location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of downtown Tucson while still having a peaceful, comfortable room. I felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of the entire time. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I've had in Tucson. Clean room, quiet environment, and friendly staff all combined to make a great visit. I'd definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family. Worth every penny.

Great central location, walking distance from great restaurants, the convention center and more. The room was super clean and well-insulated from the outside noise. Comfy bed and great water pressure in the shower! The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having someone serving drinks at that lonely, empty bar that sits by the pool outside. Like the bar is sitting there. Ready for business. But no pool-side service. It’s ok. I still enjoyed my stay. Maybe next time?
