Fantastisk
Modernt och fräscht rum, väldigt tyst trots närheten till huvudgata med mycket trafik. Enda nackdelen med rummet var att badrummet kunde varit lite större. Annars väldigt trevligt och fint hotell.

It does what advertised. A very well-maintained modern Hotel across from the rather shabby (and no longer chic, but still quite elegant) Keleti Station. I just needed a convenient room as I arrived from Vienna by train and flew out the next day. Several groceries nearby but only rather basic dining choices close. Not the nicest area of Budapest, but not particularly shady on a sunny summer afternoon. Fabulous spacious lobby. Room had everything needed, although the cooling system was strained on a very hot day.

Staff was great and helpful, even though we got there close to 9 pm they still made us a nice dinner, close to train station, good breakfast buffet, nice clean room

Location is unbeatable. Easy to move around. Very clean and up to date. Has air conditioning which is crucial in hot summer in Europe.

Intercity Budapest continues to be our home away from home. The building, rooms, hardware are all great. However, it is the Relationships that make it home ! We travel with sport (Wrestling) and have been at Intercity each summer for the last five years. Each time we walk through the outer doors, we are instantly at home with Family. Levint has become like a grandson to us. This trip, Emma and the other young women at front desk continued the tradition of making us feel special. The idea that ALL of Intercity's staff are such warm, happy, caring humans speaks to your management's selection process, your training and leadership, your philosophy of Customer Care. We must point out that It's Not Just Us ! We watch your staff engage with business travelers, families, bus-loads, old and young. Every need is met with compassion and empathy. Pretty Cool stuff in the busy world in which we live ! So, Intercity, Thanks Again ! We will brag about you and look forward to seeing your smiling faces again soon. With Love, E & R

Convenient location, convenient store, tram stop, central railway station few steps away. When tried to boil water, the power surged. We had to the bar to get water. Nice and modern place.
