A second trip for us staying at this same hotel because of the amazing staff, room accommodations, and location. It feels like coming home to a very comfortable, effortless stay! We stayed in Room 45, so highly recommend it for a beautiful view and mini balcony, very private, roomy, with small kitchen area to accommodate the travelers who don’t want to go out to dinner every night. Close to the Porto River, but also beautiful sights and shopping. Love it!!

Excellent location. Rooms small but nice. We didn’t get the breakfast package because I only have coffee in the AM that being said they have an Expresso machine in the room but if you are not into Expresso they will not give you free coffee in the breakfast area and charge 2 euros for each cup. No free refills. We did not understand this and one morning. We got free coffee the next morning the staff at the restaurant they serve breakfast at breakfast was a little rude when we tried to get just coffee and did not understand that it was not free. It was embarrassing for us because the staff serving that day was a little dramatic, and everybody was staring at us like we were trying to steal something. That is my only complaint. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I remember Miguel‘s name unfortunately I don’t know the other people‘s names but he was especially sweet and so was the security guard that helped us to the taxi in the very early morning the day we left

Very helpful staff! Very welcoming. The rooms were a bit smal, but very clean. I would stay here again. Great location! Near by shops, restaurants, The breakfast was quite nice. Plenty of options. Pancakes, sweets, orange juice, coffee, eggs, meats, cheese, fruit and more. and plenty to do. Highly recommend!
