This place has roaches. I moved 2 rooms and couldn’t escape them. It is also poorly maintained. The second room I ended up the employee tried to talk it up & say it was special & only given out on certain occasions. I’m sorry but absolutely not!! A room with roaches and a cracked shower floor is not special in the least. I booked this place before reading the 1 stars. I should have only paid for one night. The only thing is I had enough sense not to leave my belongings out. The only place to put them was the fridge. Everything went into the fridge, other than my suitcase, because
I’m not taking any stowaway roaches home. Yucky!!

The general manager wasn't understanding to my wife disabilities due to our elevator being down for the whole weekend. His demeanor stinks. He doesn't belong taking care of a properties as big as Woodsprings.

Fantastisk they made every effort to make sure my stay was safe and clean. property manager was extremely professional and attentive. cleaning staff very friendly and courteous.

Teeeerrible stay! Dirty, roaches in the headboard!!! In the bed omg, honestly if you have the ability to pay a few more pick another place to stay, do it!
Not worth, not sleeping because of the fear of having insects in your body.
And the smell omg.

Fantastisk I’ve never had a problem it’s nice there and staff don’t bother just wish they had ice vending machines
