Ophold alene

Well located hotel with nice room in central Penang. Clean and peaceful to sleep. Some issues at checkin (AC control and taxes payment), but sorted out quickly. Overall a solid place to stay.

We had a really good stay. Friendly staff and clean room. Booked the twin sharing room and the beds are pretty big.

Fantastisk
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. A good location close to the bus and ferry terminal and near all the attractions and Little India. Again fantastic staff. 👍😃

It is very near to murals area,food and transportation. Same breakfast served everyday while we stayed here (eggs,sausages,baked beans,toast,coffee/tea). Ok for the price.

Near bus terminal and the old city yet away from main hustle. Breakfast food and service good. But the cleaning very bad: I asked for room cleaning once only in 5 days but nothing was cleaned: not the bathroom, nor the tables and glasses; they only changed the sheets and towels. As for the guy at the reception, he was a real useless jerk, making mistakes all the time: wrong dates on my breakfast tickets and failing to extend my stay as I had requested, and never ever apologizing.
