I enjoyed my stay and I hate it was only 4 days. I definitely could have used about three more. The rooms were nice, I came there to have a good time, so the people tgat warned about the noise level were accurate, I was on the balcony facing the activites though, so if you don't think you'd like that - I think you can opt out to pick the other side of another tower. The activites were fun, the few was awesome, I missed one of the shows, but all the shows/ evening events planned were awesome. My friends and family had a blast. Enjoyed the food, the spanish lessons, the variety of food and snacks as well as the availability, and it all. I'd definitely recommend.

An absolutely amazing place to stay great atmosphere awesome staff however, the food could be better and better information can be provided regarding the availability of the restaurants on site.

Needed more food options

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. One thing to keep in mind is that the showers have clear glass walls, so privacy may be limited if you're traveling with someone other than a significant other. The food was delicious, and the customer service throughout the resort was excellent. The biggest downside, in my opinion, is that the pools close too early (around 7:00 or 8:00 p.m.). Also, if you pay for the VIP upgrade to access the rooftop pool, you may not be able to use it if it's reserved for a private event. That was disappointing and made the upgrade feel less worthwhile. Another issue was the music at the public rooftop pool. We spent over an hour there, and only rap music was played the entire time. I asked the bartender if they could play a greater variety of music, but they weren't able to help. After finding another staff member and making the same request, they finally changed it to a more diverse playlist, which made the atmosphere much more enjoyable. Overall, despite these few drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

The hotel was nice . The entertainment was terrible, not much of a food selection, the DJ was terrible. There was no fun activities, no foam party it was actually so boring. But staff was really nice . some of the bartenders were really slow. My check in was nice. The other thing is trying to push the sales your entire stay was super annoying. I will not travel to cancun to sit for a timeshare presentation.

The property did not honor VIP Perk of $200 resort credit per person. The Check in process was terrible. Room not ready they send you to a buffet shutting down that has dry cold food. As soon as I got there I realized I made a mistake we did the best we could to enjoy our Wedding Anniversary. Reported issue to Expedia and nothing was handled even though I have all the verbiage of the booking. Don’t use these services unless you want to be ripped off!

As a first timer, I really enjoyed myself. The French restaurant was excellent. The Italian was phenomenal, the staff definitely keeps everyone entertained throughout the day… only downside was all bars closed at 11pm-12am 😩😔
