Todo excelente, muy buena ubicación, aunque con algo de ruido por las mañanas, mucho movimiento muy temprano, pero nada que afecte la experiencia.

Fantastisk La habitación muy limpia y bien equipada. El personal amable y agradable. La linea 9 del metro está a unas cuantas cuadras y te deja justo fuera del palacio de los deportes. Solo tuvimos 2 detalles. Se escuchaba mucho ruido del exterior y al agua caliente no era consistente. Fuera de eso el lugar increíble.

Fantastisk Park Life Condesa was very accommodating, super kind and responsive throughout our stay. I had an outside delivery, and the staff took great care of my package and made sure I received it without any issues, which I really appreciated.
The rooms were clean and perfect for our short stay. The only downside was some noise from construction next door and a school across the street, which made things a bit loud at times.
Overall, it was a great stay and a solid option in Condesa.

Our stay at Park Life Condesa Hipódromo was overall fine, with decent accommodations.
However, it was extremely noisy — it honestly felt like sleeping right on the street. The air conditioner also wasn’t working properly, and after coming back late, the last thing you want is to deal with maintenance.
If you’re planning to actually sleep, bring earplugs… or a good sense of humor 😉

Under gennemsnittet Staff was friendly, room was very clean but we had issues with the AC, room service only happened once, and we didn't have hot water for a while

We stayed here for 5 weeks and we were very happy with our stay. Air conditioner worked great, kitchenette was very useful, gym and laundry area as well. We were with an infant and they would come by daily to pick up our trash. Convenience stores and a big supermarket are within a short walking distance as well.

Fantastisk The rooms was great! The front desk staff very helpful! BUT no joke on the noise—they are doing construction 2 doors down so, if the kids from the University dont wake you up in middle of night, the construction will! (Who knew they could make noise until 10:30/11:00)

Very easy check-in because there is a person at the front desk, unlike many small places.
Amazing rooftop.
The place is small but very functional and really good attention to detail.
It's at the edge of condesa so a short walk to the heart of it.
100% would go back
