Very clean and comfortable…very friendly supportive staff….great for families withthe big pool,trampoline.We enjoyed our stay for a weekend in Rotorua.

Loved the heated pool and spa area (there are two spa pools) it was PERFECT for our kids - 3 year old and two 8 month olds. This is definitely family friendly. It is further away from all the main shops in town (I like being able to walk to places for dinner) but it is still very close by car, only 5 mins. When we wanted to just chill after a big day out we took the toddler on one of the two trampolines and also played on the swings. Nigh swims with the kids and then into the spa pool really made the nights fun and an easy way to wind down. Would stay again.
