スタフの方が皆親切で、愛犬ともどもリラックスすることが出来ました。料理も朝晩美味しくてとても満足でした。また、フォトスタジオで愛犬と一緒の思い出に残る写真を撮って頂き嬉しかったです。

車で移動しなきゃいけないので
なかなか大変だったので
次回は本館に泊まりたいです。

部屋も広く、わんちゃんにも優しかったのですが、
夕食の時、席に着いてからなべの火が付けてもらえず
こちらから頼んで付けてもらった。何となくバタバタした感じだった。
内湯の大浴場が１つしかなく交代制の為、露天風呂に行くしかなく行ったが寒過ぎて出られなくなってしまった。せっかく好きな時間にのんびりお風呂に入れると思っていたので残念でした
その他はとても良かったと思います

酒店雖有點舊，位置離大部份景點頗近，建議在酒店一泊兩吃，性價比高，食物也算不錯。另温泉費比一般酒店貴一倍，正常JPY 150 一人，酒店收JPY 300, 但室外風呂大浴場環境也很優質。
泊車方便，附近較靜，沒有食肆，自駕遊可以駌車外吃，但選擇不多。

Extremely dog friendly. Our dog Rin Rin appears to have loved staying here. Especially the dog-friendly dessert.

The staff and service are very professional, kind, and very patient with my lack of Japanese fluency. It occurred to me within the first few minutes at the property that it wasn't clearly described as a pet [friendly] hotel with many accomodations for our four legged friends. There's nothing wrong with this, I love pets but was not expecting this as it was not very clear when booking through Expedia. All said, the property was very clean but dated and the rooms/beds fell short on comfort. The view to the ocean was nice, however, the sounds of Pomeranians barking in the lobby may have outshined the views. I have some misgivings on Expedia's representation of the hotel as I probably would have chosen differently and it may have biased my review. For those with pets - it's a good stay and convenient, this just wasn't for me.

Fantastisk The hot springs is the highlight of this hotel... One of the nicest facilities in Japan.
