Great hotel conveniently located near Osaka station and several subway stops. Clean rooms, helpful staff. The salad bar lunch was fantastic. Amazing blackout curtains. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is it was quite noisy with road noise, which of course isn’t the fault of the hotel but be warned if you have a room facing the street. Would recommend.

Breakfast was good and bountiful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were excellent very helpful with all our questions.

Good, reliable, clean hotel which is well located near a train station. Breakfast was average but there are lot of other things to eat around the hotel. Staff are helpful and try their best to be accommodating.

Amazing hotel! Very comfortable room and nice area to stay, far away enough to be peaceful and quiet at night, but close enough to major hubs and train stations to be able to move around easily. Staff was always super helpful and friendly!
