This hotel is truly my home away from home. The location is perfect, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to David, the Concierge Manager, whose kindness and thoughtful assistance have made my stays in Shanghai so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This hotel has become my home in Shanghai after more than 15 years of staying here. The staff are consistently courteous, professional, and exceptionally helpful. For instance, the concierge David assisted me in scheduling a doctor’s appointment during an emergency situation. Their friendliness and care make them feel like close friends

Lovely, opulent hotel but it is starting to look a little tired in places. Staff were wonderful and couldnt do enough for you. Breakfast was good, catering for everyone. Very good location for everything

The room was clean if not a little dated. The hotel itself is very century located and fantastic for nighttime walk to the Bunce. The general facilities are really good, they’ve got a fantastic sauna steam room hot bath. I’d recommend it for a day to see the sites of Shanghai.
