If you have hiked all day and you stay here get ready for a 12 min hike from the bus stop steep uphill so rent a car or suck it up Or a 16 min hike from the station steep also The location of this place is not ideal it’s in the mountains in the outskirts with not much food or groceries around I booked the room with air conditioning and there was no ac it said it was broken The place is cute on a hill and very quiet rooms are kind of outdated but clean bed was comfy and if you leave the windows open a nice breeze comes in The staff was extremely nice and helpful like they were the nicest people in all of Switzerland and finally it was some well needed rest after doing some crazy hikes near the area

The views are incredible. The pool was an amazing amenity after a long day of touring around. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. Eating options are limited in the area and we did not rent a car which wasn't ideal.

Quaint place near all of the sights. Good access to the mountain towns and Interlaken. Parking was a little tough on occasion, but the room was nice and staff was great. Pool has best view of any pool we've ever seen. Breakfast was also very good. Would stay here again (and they're installing A/C right now).

I booked a two rooms with A/C. Gotnto the room lake at night and both rooms have the mini split A/C unit. However, it has a sign that stated the A/C wasn't working. When in fact it was working as another customer complain and they when to the room and manually turn the A/C on. Both the hotel and expedia show A/C in their search* I specifically search for hotels with A/C. Otherwise I would not booked the rooms.

Older hotel that has not been renovated but was clean and the beds were comfy (most important!). Decent amount of space in the room. Disappointed that the AC was not working during a heat wave. The pool looked really nice. Overalll a nice stay and happy breakfast was included. I understand it is high season but not what I would call worth $400/night.
