La habitación no fue reservada por parte de Hoteles.com según me indicó el operador, a altas horas de la noche en una ciudad desconocida y con bajas temperaturas tuvimos que trasladarnos con maletas... primero a intentar aclarar que estaba pasando y luego a buscar, de último momento, un nuevo hotel con sobre precio respecto a lo que teníamos presupuestado.... La reserva se hizo con 4 meses de anticipación para evitar inconvenientes de este tipo y la respuesta de Hoteles.com fue simplemente acreditar el monto cobrado...no recomiendo utilizar esta página nunca... lo mejor es reservar directamente con el hotel o el administrador de la estancia. De mi parte lo mínimo que esperaba era el pago total del hotel que tuvimos que reservar y aun así eso no quitaba el mal rato y el traslado con maletas y el hecho de que nos tuvimos que separar de nuestro grupo de viaje... PESIMA EXPERIENCIA

What a beautiful place to stay in , close to everything we wanted to do , place was very clean and had everything u need. Just new remote for the tv as it wasnt working at all .lol

This property didn't have air conditioning, and the area was very noisy; we couldn't open the windows due to the noise. The bathroom smelled bad. It seemed they had sewage issues.

Ophold alene

Great space, perfectly located between Old Town and easy transportation to all parts of the city. Studio apartment was spacious and a real treat to have a kitchenette. Was concerned at first about restaurant and evening business in courtyard below apartments, but both were quiet when open and closed by 10 pm. The big problem is other guests partying and talking loudly outside rooms until 4 am—there needs to be a notice given about this on check in-even with windows closed, noise was there. Communication with office was not great-tried to reach them on another issue with no response until after issue was past. Would definitely recommend, but be warned about the noise-and if you stay here, don’t be that person!!

The location was nice. The room was a little stale smelling but with the window opened, it aired out nicely. There is an elevator on site but when we got off the elevator we had some stairs to navigate with our luggage.
