Overall experience was good, great location, good breakfast options. Room suite was very spacious though Cable TV was not working, No room service, you have to get Towels from front desk to replace. But recommended for stay with family.

Not the cleanest or nicest place we have ever stayed at. It was adequate and got the job done. Picked it for a few reasons. The location was fabulous to explore the American side of the falls. (You could basically walk across the street to the park). Also, we had a cool room configuration for my large group - a typical room with two queens, a bathroom, and a hall connecting to a king in its own bedroom. Another perk for us was breakfast, but that was pretty much on the lame side. It wasn’t very healthy fare. They had oatmeal, but no nuts or dried fruit to go along. The only fruit to be found was a bowl of red apples. The was white bread and you could put it in a toaster. The hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, and mini pancakes. Overall, kind of “meh”.

Our stay was excellent with clean room, polite staff and a good breakfast.

I reserved and paid for a non-smoking room and checked in at 10:30 PM EST with my family, including two young children. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed an ionizer machine operating and a strong cigarette smoke odor throughout the room. We promptly reported the issue to the front desk. The same receptionist who checked us in came to the room, turned off the ionizer, and removed it. He stated that the machine was routinely used by the hotel to remove odors and that there was nothing to be concerned about. However, the cigarette smoke smell remained strong. Because we specifically booked a non-smoking room, we requested a room change. The receptionist informed us that no other rooms were available and refused our request. Our concerns were dismissed. Despite the late hour with young children, we were forced to leave the room for one hour before returning. When we came back around 1:00 AM, the cigarette smoke odor was still strong. Our family stayed in this room with a persistent cigarette odor for two days because the hotel failed to provide an alternative. This impacted our comfort and experience. At checkout, I reported issue with pictures again to another front desk representative. Instead of offering compensation or a resolution, she only apologized and stated that hotel needed to identify the previous guest responsible and fine them. This does not address that we were assigned a room that failed non-smoking standards and our concerns were not resolved.

Sadly we didn’t really enjoy our stay here. Our room had a stale smell to it and the bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was cheap and low quality, and was served on paper plates with plastic cutlery (the amount of waste created was obscene). We could hear everything the guests in the next room were doing, and in the morning the cleaning staff were blasting music. However, the lady who checked us in was really nice (I didn’t catch her name but she had red dyed in part of her hair). I wouldn’t stay here again.

The AC works but it is not cooling down the room. I found some left over food from previous guests in the refrigerator.

The rooms and property are not clean. Breakfast is for namesake and the staff are very rude

The property wasn't anything spectacular, just a standard hotel room. Hallways were very dirty and the hotel smelled like weed. The only saving grace of the hotel was the staff. The ladies at the front desk were very cordial and doing the best they could with a full hotel and minimal staff. We had issues with our air conditioner making a lot of noise but the maintenence man Eddy was quick to resolve the issue and was the fastest and best customer service we have ever received. He was able to round up another employee from another hotel to assist him in installing a new air conditioner promptly for us so that we would actually be able to sleep at night. Our kids loved the breakfast at this hotel (pancakes, eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal, yogurt, pita and hummus). The woman stocking the breakfast also did a great job keeping everything replenished. Even though the hotel wasn't fantastic itself I would stay here again because I thought the staff was phenomenal. The hotel itself is also close to Niagara Falls which makes walking there a breeze.
