We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was really good, too. Thank you!

Directly opposite train station which was extremely convenient and not noisy at all. Their windows had great soundproof. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location and nicecstaff

The room and hotel premises were clean. Our room in the new wing was spacious (paid extra) but the furnishings were sparse. Not enough storage shelves are hangars for clothes. Bathroom and shower area were clean except, once again, only one hook available to hang up towels and clothes although there was more than enough wall space. Breakfast was good but gets boring after a couple of days due same items. Free coffee and snacks at the reception was a good touch. Overall it was a good stay.

There are a lot of great things about this hotel. Location: it is just outside the heart of the city, it is a short walk and you are in the middle of a lot of amazing sights. Cleanliness: We had two rooms, they were both clean and quite at night. The AC also functioned well. Food: The breakfast was good, you could see the staff bringing in the fresh items purchased for the breakfast. Additionally, they had little treats out in the afternoon, which were great when we were in the lobby playing card games. Service: the employees were great, they were very receptive every time I needed something. They gave a great recommendation for a place for dinner. Luggage storage: They have a dedicated area for luggage storage which is fully self-service and easy to use. It was very helpful and secure. The bad: The only bad part was the parking. There are several lots in the area, they were all closed, and it did not appear that they had been recently closed. They all appeared to have been closed for weeks to months. I ended up parking about a ten to fifteen minute walk away. While this is not worth taking a star away from the hotel, it would have been good to have know in advance.

Well located , short walk from the train station but surprisingly quiet . There was a breakfast ,which i'm guessing was European style . It was OK . The room was funny because the toilet was in a room by itself (no sink, just a toilet) . Also there was no shower just a tub , I didn't like that . It was a bit hot in the room . The elevator was fun ,you'll need to see it . It's not a bad hotel if you can get passed the problems i've mentioned

Great location, great rooms, friendly staff.

On arrival we were advised our room had been ‘upgraded’. The room was actually in the annex a few doors down from the main hotel and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was no tea / coffee or kettle in the room but you have access to the free coffee / tea in the bar area of the main hotel. Breakfast was typical continental and there was plenty of choice.
