Its a little old and the bathrooms need to be updated but the price reflects that clean and comfortable.

this would be the worst motel I've ever experienced. I booked this based on reviews on your site & its close proximity to Ascot Hospital. When I checked in, the establishment looked much older & more tired than the photos on your site. I should have known it was a bad omen when I was handed the key to #13! The door was not easy to unlock - not easy to secure as I found later that night - & this morning, when trying to open so I could pack my car - I seriously thought I was locked in my unit. The blind in bathroom had no open/shut control that worked! The remote for the TV would not work. I had my own food with me and an icebrick which I wanted to refreeze over night. The small freezer compartment in the fridge was so chocked up with ice I could hardly fit it in there. I washed my hands in the bathroom & saw the basin was less than clean and I had to clean around the plughole before utilising for cleaning my contact lenses this morning. There was no chopping board in the kitchen and no small sharp knife to assist in preparing my dinner and random cutlery, plates and wine glasses. One half of the electric blanket did not work & I couldn't connect to the 'free' wi-fi. This morning I found the bathroom floor flooded - from the basin tap that had leaked overnight. Had to try & mop up with towels, so no shower possible, to allow access to basin to deal with contact lenses. No info in room as to how to contact reception (only open 9 - 5). I expect a full refund! Good place for visiting most parts of the city and easy to reach from motorway. Beds very comfy and great to have complete kitchen. Only negative was extremely uncomfortable chairs and wobbly table. A sofa or armchairs would be so much better.

The room was immaculate, the moteliers were kind, helpful and very welcoming, the amenities were just fine, the street was quiet and parking in the motel complex was excellent. Definitely recommend this as a delightful and restful place to stay.

Clean room, staff were good

After a late check in, which was managed quickly and conveniently, we found a well appointed room with all the necessities when travelling with children. A reasonable sized kitchen and bathroom and sufficient beds meant everyone was comfortable. There was some minor damage and cosmetic issues around the walls but otherwise we had a pleasant one night stay. Would stay again.

Second time I've stayed here. A nice quiet and clean place to stay. 5 minute walk to Ascot hospital and 10 minute walk to Remuera road + easy access to the motorway. Very accommodating host, would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in this area.
