Hotel was good, unfortunately staff are lost, no prompt response. I was informed that they r running out of room access cards...First time I hear if such excuse. Reception staff and duty manager are absolutely not helpful... Restaurant staff and service staff are quite friendly and helpful...

The only drawback is they do not have a room big enough to accommodate a family of 4 with older kids. They expect us to book 2 rooms which is a big drawback. Otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay with your family and the amenities are awesome. The breakfast menu is huge and excellent.

Nice cozy property for a small stay. Staff was really helpful and attentive. Great hospitality! Pool and other amenities aren’t maintained well and are old. Rooms are nice and comfortable.

The air conditioning was off and on could not figure out the exact problem but there was some water dropping sound in the room coming from the AC ducts only in the mornings

Ophold alene

Had no hot water for 5 days despite being told it was fixed each day. Had laundry don't several times & each time checked & circled the box for my shirts to be pressed & hung not folded... every time they came back folded. Bar only stays open till 11PM.
