I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Cheap was very helpful from the second I walked in until my departure to the airport. All staff was very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed the clean and well taken care of property. Location was ideal for me as it was very close to the sukhumvit MRT station and they provided daily shuttles to and from the station. This made getting around the city seamless.

To be honest, I booked this hotel because they have a really good ratings and excellent reviews so I got curious. The moment I stepped in to the hotel I felt really welcome. The hotel smells good, the room was very spacious and spotless, the breakfast was delicious (I chose the buffet over ala carte) and the most important thing for me is how good their customer service is. I would like to commend Nabia for even helping me to get a taxi on my last day, Cheep for always being there anytime I need a ride to go to Terminal 21 and Grammy Building and OHM for always being there to help me in anyway possible (even let me borrow an iPhone charger because I couldn’t find mine on my first night but I found it the next morning LOL) things like these may be small gestures but for me THIS IS WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR!!! I promised them I would stay at this hotel when I come back to Bangkok and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends who are planning to visit Thailand in the future! Thank you guys for making my stay a really good experience and unforgettable one!!! I would give 10 STARS if I could (I feel like 5 are not enough). Keep up the good work!!

Staff was great! Room was nice and clean. Location is good to walk to places. We walked to Time Square mall/ terminal area and it was about 10 mins. Theres a 7/11 right across too so very convenient. They also have parking.

This hotel is in a great location and not far from the BTS (Train Station). There is a 7-11 store directly across the street from this hotel, and several other restaurants and massage places not too far. The restaurant food downstairs is really good and have a nice selection of pastries and food. Overall, the hotel staff was very helpful, and provided us GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We highly recommend Somerset and would definitely stay there again. Norma and Matthew Pace
