The room and pool were clean. Check in was easy and the staff is very friendly and helpful especially Sandra. The tv's are Roku and difficult to operate. I went to the front desk and the attendant came and turned it on for me. The next morning however I tried pushing tv input which is what she told me to do but it again went to analog 4 and was all snowy. We were leaving anyway so I just did without. Rooms are dated but the price was good. I would definitely go back.

After arriving at the property, I was informed that my reservation made through Expedia had been canceled because they only accept reservations made directly with them. What was most disappointing was the way this was communicated to me. The staff explained the situation in a very sarcastic and unprofessional manner, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. This situation could have been handled much more professionally.

The only decent part of this was the AC, otherwise the bed was stiff, the towels smelly and stained. I suppose it was to match the toilet bowl but I can't see how that would be in vogue. No safe, no sink in the bathroom and the bathtub was slimy. Did not match the photos of the listing and was severely disappointed all around.
