They charge for everything from breakfast to parking to even adapters for charging. no fans were offered, rooms were hot in june.. no ac

Staff was extremely helpful and very kind. Room and property really clean and we'll kept. BUT, room was way too hot. Air conditioner was barely working/useful even on full blast. We spent most of our time in the room sweating. We knew the city was expected to be hot, but did not know the air conditioner could not be controlled to get the room colder. The room was probably 79° F at it coolest in theiddle of the night. Room also advertised as 3 twin beds. It was 1 double and a twin so 2 of us had to share. Would stay there again, but only in the fall or spring, never in the summer.

Deplorable air conditioning. It does not allow better control. It blows a small stream of air, with very poorly level of cooling. Not what one would expect from a Swiss facility.
