Fantastisk
This is by far the best hotel that I’ve stayed in Hong Kong. They’ve upgraded my room to a suite because it’s my little girl’s birthday. The room is huge and the best part is, it’s super clean. Staffs are so friendly and professional. I will stay here again next year for sure. Best hotel in western district.

Great staff from the door to the desk to housekeeping. Excellent location in one of HK Island's best neighborhoods blending old and new, local and international. Fantastic, spacious, comfortable room (the pictures don't lie). Free self service laundry available. Housekeeper learned I really enjoy my coffee and left me extra pods each day. Front door staff were friendly and attentive at all hours. Fantastic view of Lantau, Tsing Yi, Kowloon, the West side of the harbour, (formerly) IG Pier, and the tram yard. For the price, can't beat the quality and convenience. Some minor maintenance finish things I noticed that could perhaps be improved, but for what I got out of this stay, I can't knock anything. Would stay again anytime I'm back in HK.

A beautiful, new hotel in Sai Ying Pun. The seaview room is worth the higher price!! After a shower, put on the plush bathrobe, and it's very therapeutic to just sit and gaze at it. Oasis in the city.

Arrived early in the morning and a room was available so definitely appreciate that. Free laundry, accessible nearby public transportation, plenty of eateries and stores, and clean/spacious/comfortable rooms.
