I found the service to be very good and I felt very comfortable in this hotel as a solo female traveller in Delhi. Very basic room as reflected in the price but was in a really good location for what I wanted.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. So far i didnt have peoblems with the staffs. I am a canadian and i like to have the fiest hand experience to be in the city where i could see how people do. Also i had the chance to make new Deaf women at the non-profit organization. So i am happy.

The people were friendly, but the room/bathroom was not clean, noisy, bad quality TV (nothing English), hot bucket water (not shower), wifi not working

Fantastisk
The room was quite spacious with a nice sitting area. Staff are helpful. Room and bathroom were quite clean and the hotel is very centrally located near metro and railway station.

DO NOT STAY HERE EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This place is the most disgustingly filthy place on the planet. I was afraid of catching something if I touched anything especially the bathroom, which I don't think has been cleaned for some months. The smell was unbearable. I lasted 3/4 of n hour before I was forced to leave and find other accommodation AT EXTRA EXPENSE TO ME. The owner/proprietor was extremely rude and disinterested. IT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM HOTELS.COM COMPLETELY. Seriously disgusted and dissappointed at this suggestion from hotels.com and am sorry I booked it.

There were COCKROACHES all over the room They gave tap water to drink in the room. First, they wouldnt give fresh towels on the second day. After fighting for it, They gave old used unwashed trowel. It had stain of blood or pan spit...
