Clean and spacious rooms. Amenities available downstairs. The talking dinosaurs were fun, and check-in was very straight forward. Good location.

No staff whatsoever. No coffee or water in room. Beds like concrete and only one pillow per bed. Credit card machines not working so we had to pay cash. Bathrooms nice and good shower.

This hotel is amazing!!! The set out of the room was beautiful (much bigger than any other hotels I’ve stayed in Japan). Immaculately clean. Proximity to Castle and gardens is ideal. Dinosaur receptionists are a classic. You can leave your luggage if you arrive before check in and explore. Plenty of places to eat close by.

The novelty is fun but the reception is mostly closed. It is only a short walk to the main hub of Kanazawa as well as the beautiful castle and park.

Getting checked in by Dino robots was pretty cool and the hotel was in a good location but overall it was underwhelming. There was an odour from the toilet which was unpleasant since there was no ventilation.

We were located walking distance from Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa Castle and Omicho market. Also walked to the Chaya district from there. Love Kanazawa. Would stay here again. The only thing is the bathroom sink area is very very tiny, but we made it work for us.
