Affordable and great for a one-night stay after Metallica. Beds were comfy and warm, and the office staff was outstanding—friendly and helpful. Room upkeep could be improved, but overall it was a pleasant, clean, and convenient stopover.

Great motel in a convenient location and a good price have been staying here for years the rooms are clean tidy and warm with easy parking the staff are also nice

Parking is onsite limited and very tight. I would suggest moving that middle but so that cars can come and go without worrying someone will hit your car overnight. Rooms are average but equivalent to what you pay for

I had to mark off all of the categories to be able to comment here. This group voluntarily kept my booking open for 6 months, which I really appreciated. I have already lost money on bookings with Covid-19 & this is my first show of compassion. With Covid-19 announcements being spontaneous, even free cancellations do not always apply.

This is a straightforward and perhaps basic motel but we have stayed here on visits to Auckland over the years because it is very handy to Newmarket and the city, it is clean and tidy and has good-sized studio rooms with very good bathrooms. The current staff Hong (manager) and James are very helpful and friendly.
