Fantastisk I really had a nice stay at the hotel but I would not try out there Spa again. The room was very comfortable, an early check-in was possible, the food was okay and breakfast could be improved. The experience at the Spa was bad since they charged me a foot massage of an 60min and it is duration was much shorter.

A bit outside of downtown Sandakan, you need to take taxi for your every move. The hotel is in a great condition and has a boutique hotel vibe. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was a bit small for us, my husband's feet was off from the bed while sleeping (he is 1.83m). The wi-fi connection is strong. The staff was helpful all the time. Spa facilities are available.

God WiFi werkte niet of slecht. Personeel erg vriendelijk maar niet op de hoogte. Uit het centrum maar goed bereikbaar met de busjes. Goed verblijf.

Fantastisk This is a new hotel and seemed half empty when I was there. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and the room was well-furnished and comfortable. It is a fifteen minute walk from town but there are plenty of buses and minibuses if you don't feel like walking. The restaurant food is a bit limited but this will probably improve once there are more guests. The television in the restaurant was always switched to HBO ( an English language channel) on my arrival which you may or may not appreciate!
