Clean facility, friendly staff. If you want a quiet stay and access to the pool, go on a weekday. If you choose a room that is not on the Bourbon Street side, it is pretty quiet, especially on weekdays. Summer weekends are very busy and extremely loud-no room at the pool and the hotel played very loud, booming music all day on the weekends until dusk. We chose those days to visit the WW2 museum, so we were able to avoid the crowd. The Bourbon Street side of the hotel is currently across the street from several “gentlemen’s clubs” and on weekends, loud music is played during the day and until 4 am. The hotel staff were very kind and able to move us to a room on the opposite side of the hotel so our stay was pleasant.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was wonderful. Hotel location is perfect for what we went for. The pool closes at dusk which I wished it would had stayed open later for a little night swimming. But it was still a great time. Room was very clean and bed was so comfy. Definitely will be staying at this hotel on our next trip to Nola!

L'hôtel est très bien situé ce qui nous a permis de ne pas utiliser la voiture les 3 jours de notre séjour. La chambre était propre et confortable et le personnel acceuillant.

The room had no working phone there was a phone in there and it had no sound or power. I called with my cellphone to the front desk to ask for it to be fixed and they never did in 6 nights I was there. I asked if there was a microwave to heat up some food I had in my room mini fridge and they said it was a $25 charge for my whole stay to borrow a microwave for my room. The bath tub was so narrow and slippery that I fell and almost went over the tub even standing on my two feet. The pool was small and crowded and the beds available for tanning people would just put their stuff on them and you had to wait for them to leave to be able to tan poolside. The hotel had a parking garage downstairs and wanted $55 a day to park there. The hotel also had additional charges besides the charges of the original booking and a $100 hold per day on top of that. I was not able to fully enjoy my stay at the hotel because I had $600 tied up in my bank account. The door man was rude saying see you later.
