We loved this hotel. Right next to the station initially its new and staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. We got the side of Mt. Fuji. Due to the weather, we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji but if we could it would be excellent. We would use this hotel again.

One of the most beautiful hotels that we stayed at right over the train station. The Onsen was one of the most amazing things. It’s on the roof of the hotel on the 14th floor and you overlook the city and on a clear day. You can see mount Fuji while you’re sitting in the water.

Fantastisk rooms were super clean, great view of mt fuji. breakfast was great and organised.located just outside jr nishima station, but not accessible easily from the shinkasen station. no connection or short cut but to do a 15min walk to the hotel. this would give the hotel better accessibility for guest coming in by shinkansen
