The Hotel Algarve Casino was our favorite hotel of the trip! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the entire hotel had a welcoming, social atmosphere. We loved spending time at the huge pool, and having direct access to the beautiful beach made it even better. The location couldn't have been more convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés just a short walk away. It was the perfect place to relax while still being close to everything. We would absolutely stay here again!

The view from our room was very good, but like others have said also, the room was outdated. Some of the staff was really good and helpful, but others at the desk did not give us information. We got more information from the lady who was cleaning the pool and giving out towels. Also had a problem with car rental where we got information that we could leave the car keys with the admin. When the rental company called about it then a guy lied about them not having the keys without even checking. He said that they do not do that although we were confirmed by others that they did. Also they did not pick our phone calls later or answer our message, so if you have anything to solve with them, do it when you are there! Breakfast gets repetitive( we stayed for 4 nights) and is the same as hotels with less stars.

The stay at Hotel Algarve Casinò was amazing!! The twin room sea view balcony rooms were spacious and clean and the views from our room were spectacular. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel location was good but the rooms were extremely musty and outdated. Our room was infested with ants that showed up after the first night. They moved us to another room but it was not much better. When I checked out and showed the pictures of the ants in my room the concierge didn’t seem to care. We arrived the day after Afro Feast and there were no hotel beach chairs available due to the festival taking up space from the hotel beach area. The staff did not do anything to compensate for it and suggested that we rent from the public beach area. The breakfast was also bad. There were the basics like eggs and bacon but the bacon looked and tasted like leather. Overall, I would not rate this hotel as a five star. In fact I have seen better 3 star hotels.

Nice room, but could be updated. Found a lot of ants in the room and the blanket was thin with an old thick wool blanket underneath between the sheet and the blanket. Seemed strange for a 5 star hotel - a comforter or duvet would be nice.

My daughter and I took a trip to the Hotel Algarve Casino for a short break. Everything about our trip was amazing! The staff on arrival at the hotel were very welcoming and although we arrived 3 hours before check in they gave us pool passes and allowed us to get changed before storing our luggage for us. They also delivered our luggage to our room after our check in time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, all the staff were very attentive and cleared tables as soon as they were vacated. The choice of food was very varied. The pool area was clean and well kept and the view of the beach and sea were amazing. We didn’t have a room overlooking the sea but when we return we will choose the sea view as you never tire of it. We ate out every night of our stay but the standout meal was on our final night at Nito a mix of Japanese and Mexican fusion which was extremely tasty and the staff were very attentive and it was right across the road from the hotel next to the pizzeria. We were the only ones in there and when asked why they said they had only just opened and didn’t have any big screens for the football, they were also just off the main strip but they are a hidden gem if you like this sort of food. We took a speed boat out to the Bengali caves with Atlantis tours again can’t be faulted and it was well worth the €19 pp. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and look forward to returning.
