We absolutely loved this hotel and would like to stay here again in the future. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and such a perfect location. HOWEVER, we had an issue with a staff member on 07/11. The night before, we had booked a 5:15AM taxi to take us to the airport. The staff member had asked if we would like coffee/tea to go with us in the morning. We were delighted to not have to go without caffeine and placed our orders. The next morning, as we started to load into the taxi, I asked about our hot drinks, and the staff member said, "No, I didn't wake up early enough to make them." To me, this was such poor service for such a great and EXPENSIVE hotel. He didn't even apologize. We asked for cups of water to take with us instead, and all he could provide was a bottle of water, which he charged us for. Again, this was very disappointing.

I would give this hotel an even hire review, if it weren’t for traveling it to it in the middle of the heat wave and really suffering my first night because the air-conditioning just wouldn’t cool the room. So I was sweltering. Do not get a top for a room in the summer!

This is a nice little hotel. We visited Paris in summer and temps were in the 90's. The room air conditioner worked perfectly. Very cool. Our family had three rooms and everyone said their AC worked great. Also, the bathroom was very nice and modern. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice and well located on a quiet residential street. The breakfast was ok. No turndown service. Hair conditioner and body lotion will be provided upon request. The staff is very nice and responsive. Overall a good place to stay in Paris. We are frequent visitors to Paris and will definitely consider this hotel for future visits.
