Great location and beautiful views from the pool but our room had a ton of ants in it that crawled on us all night we were told that’s normal. The door to the bathroom was also broke so it wouldn’t shut. We upgraded our room for a view but it was the first floor and was blocked by a tree and right above a nightclub that blasted music until late

Restaurant staff were helpful. Nice location but rooms and towels needs to be cleaner. Hallway smells like cigar most evenings and lots of noise coming through the door. Several lake view rooms are blocked by large trees still being marketed as lake view.

Loved Slovenia from the moment we landed and the staff at this hotel were simply fantastic and could do enough for us with any of our enquiries We arrived early and they assisted us with our luggage and gave us plenty of advice and recommendations Definatlely wouldbstay here again and the lake view room was to die for

The suite was huge with a lot of room and beautiful views of the lake and castle. The only drawback of the entire stay was the check in process. We got there early around 12 and we were just dismissed as being there too early. Took us a few minutes to find someone to help us store our bags as the first person told us to come back at 2. Otherwise the property is exceptional especially the pool and sauna area. The gym is somewhat sparse but there’s another gym close by that was $10 for a day pass.
