We took a long time to decide which hotel to stay in in Uber with our two kids ages seven and four after all our research, we decided to stay at the Plataran and we are beyond happy with our decision!! The kids absolutely loved the hotel and the amenities in brackets the pool, the farm the activities. The staff is exceptional and so welcoming and caring and will help you with anything. They helped us get a scooter. They helped us with a babysitter. They made our stay so comfortable and we all can’t wait to go back. ! I especially loved that it was connected to the yoga barn where kids are allowed to eat at the extremely healthy café. That was super convenient as well as Great yoga classes.

The location is perfect. It’s in town but feels so spacious and relaxing.

Plataran Ubud Hotel & Spa strikes the perfect balance, it’s incredibly convenient for walking around town, yet the stunning rice fields on the property offer a peaceful, natural escape right in the heart of Ubud. The facilities here are excellent. I really appreciated having access to the gym, spa, onsite restaurant, helpful tour assistance, and daily yoga sessions. I want to give a special shoutout to Kusuma Y., my all-star pancake chef and an absolutely wonderful member of the restaurant team. Her warm, friendly demeanor made me feel completely at home (so much so that I wanted to extend my stay!) and made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. Her dedication to serving up breakfast with a genuine smile left me with such fond memories of my mornings at Plataran. The entire team went above and beyond to give me an amazing experience, and I am certain I'll be back!

OMG, Plataran Hotel in Ubud... where do I begin??? I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel - solo! After a hectic group trip in Thailand, I added Bali... a dream for a few years, and this hotel was exactly what I needed and wanted!!! So peaceful and serene, not a large hotel... amazing grounds, amazing pool and absolutely amazing staff!! What I did NOT know about Plataran was that next door was the Yoga Barn, another magic place for your very own Bali retreat! Yoga Barn has a variety of classes- yoga, meditation, breathwork etc etc! Amazing cafe too.. you literally can spend there all day! Both (Plataran and the Yoga barn) are so perfect and comfortable for a solo traveler (or any group!!!). It was such an amazing restful soulful stay and trip.... and I can't wait to go back there again! I literally didn't want to go to any restaurants outside.. the view from Plataran terrace is incredible!!! Many thanks to the staff.. they could not be any friendlier! What an amazing country, trip, people, hotel... everything!!! Thank you so much!!!

Beautiful, well-maintained property. I like that there are mini padi fields on the property. The Staff ... they are incredible. Everyone is customer-centric and very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Loved it and will be back!

Hotel staff were service oriented and professional and always positive. The three pools and gym made it easy to exercise and the breakfast buffet had egg station and both hot/cold foods, Indonesia or western. The grounds are lush with paddy fields front and centre. The main road is a 3-4 walk from the hotel and it has numerous restaurants, stores, ATMs, convenient stores within minutes of the entrance.

Great staff and location

Best choice in Ubud, quiet and pleasant- a true paradise, but still very close to the centre that you can try a different restaurant every day and has fast access to all attractions.
