Stayed in two rooms over two visits, first room was very good second room not so, had a service box running above your head in the shower, anyone over 5.5ft would have to bend down. Rooms at the rear of the hotel need to use service lift, which was broken during our visit with no mention from the staff. Breakfast staff constantly asking for google feedback whilst you are eating. Reception staff very helpful.

I arrived for my prepaid three night booking that I made months in advance late in the evening as a solo female traveller only for the receptionist insist on a)speaking only French and b) telling me that the hotel was overbooked and there was no room for me. Imagine the stress! He insisted on sending me to another Ibis across Paris for one night to a room with a smaller bed than what I paid for. And then I had to come back for the other two nights back to this hotel. Completely ridiculous and cost me hours of my time when I should have been enjoying my holiday in Paris. The next day after I returned to this hotel, I came back in the evening and the cleaners had left my room unlocked and the door propped open. There are no safe facilities in the room. Luckily nothing got stolen but this only added to my stress. The location is fine but this is just outrageous behaviour when I prepaid for the room. They tried to blame Expedia who were the ones that actually helped me when the hotel were very rude and caused me stress.

Bad smell in room

You can’t be too picky considering this price. The room is clean and tidy, but it would be even better if electric kettle were provided.

Our trip didn't start well as we had cycled London to Paris, and were informed that no bikes were allowed on premises at all. (The only solutions were a private car park at €400+, or chained up outside. We opted for chaining them up). Staff were helpful and sympathetic with this, especially Nour. We had an issue/misunderstanding with tourist tax later in our trip. After some slight barriers (due to language and complicated stay), this was all resolved. Charley was excellent through this, and for the remainder of our stay. One room was okay, just nothing special. Bed was neither comfortable nor uncomfortable. However, the other room had a major issue with the shower. The headheight was approx 5'6"(1.68m), and there was no rainfall shower head due to the lack of height. The lift also broke and took approx a day to repair. One of our rooms was on 5th floor up a spiral staircase, so not the easiest. Breakfast was also nothing special, with very limited choice. It was all edible though. In future, I would always go out for breakfast instead. It was also extremely irritating having kitchen staff members waving QR codes for reviews whilst eating breakfast. This happened on consecutive days.

Cozy hotel that is clean and comfortable. Location worked for us.

Great central location, good breakfast (including GF options) and helpful staff. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious by Parisian standards.
