What a wonderful place. There were a couple of things that disappointed us (pool closed, refrigerator broken), but the staff was so accommodating and friendly that they made it okay.

The water was cold so I had to have a cold shower. The room smelt musty and old. Check-in was slow and not very client focused.

Our stay at Warren House was during a very hot spell. We were assured that our room would have air conditioning however, when we got there it wasn’t working. We asked for it to be fixed and staff moved us to a really small room while this was being done. We were assured it was fixed the next day and moved back but it wasn’t. Thankfully we had a fan. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely, very attentive and always smiling. Breakfast room was too small to accommodate us on the Saturday morning, we had to eat in the bar area which isn’t ideal due to the height of the table and size of the breakfast plates! Warren house is a lovely place with beautiful gardens but it could do with some TLC and general upgrade
