My husband and I stayed at the ruma hotel for 4 days during our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. This hotel is truly one of the best I have stayed in. The property is so tastefully decorated throughout, and the room was super comfortable with a gorgeous bathtub. Location is central, very close to the petronas towers , shopping malls, and street food. It’s about 45 min by taxi from the airport. We tried the afternoon tea as well as the tasting menu and they both were truly delicious . The breakfast buffet is also very good, offering both western and local specialities. Everything was fresh, and the options were varied and changed daily. And finally the staff who made our stay special . Everybody was so nice from the lobby to the pool to the dining area. Ruma is really a great place to stay, and I can’t wait to visit again !

Very tastefully done up spacious room . Sound proof for a city hotel was very effective , the black out blinds were brilliant. Rooms done up for the night was extra special . Excellent location .

Honestly I loved everything about the hotel. Staff were friendly which was the best part. Helpful. Pool was sufficiently large and I was happy with food selection and location. Will definitely return. Appreciate the free room upgrade as well.
