They have hidden charges that they don’t declare. Parking is so expensive.

If you're staying on the 8th floor, don't expect a shower—expect a gentle motivational mist. The water pressure was so low I started wondering if the water had to stop for coffee before making it to my room. It took forever to rinse off, and by the end I wasn't sure if I'd actually showered or just stood in a humid bathroom for 20 minutes. The room also wasn't as clean as it should have been, which didn't make for a very welcoming first impression. To top it off, the bed felt like it had faithfully served guests for several decades and was ready for retirement. A good night's sleep was simply not happening. Breakfast was perfectly fine, but unfortunately it arrived after a night of tossing and turning and a shower that tested my patience more than my hygiene. By then, the damage was done. It's hard to enjoy your morning coffee when you've already spent the morning negotiating with a showerhead that seemed determined to conserve every last drop. Overall, I left feeling less refreshed than when I arrived, which is probably the opposite of what a hotel stay is supposed to accomplish.

Well not all Embassy Suites are the same in quality apparently. From the Hilton brand you should be able to expect the same level of quality no matter where you are. We have stayed at a lot of Embassy Suites because it is normally reliable in quality. The onsite parking costs $69 at this location and then there is very little parking so if you get there late you might not even get a spot. If you’re in anything bigger than a compact car it’s even worse. It took us 45 minutes to get parked because there were no spaces big enough for our rented mini van. Eventually we unloaded and then went and wedged into a corner spot that only the driver could get out of. In the room, it was much lower quality than other locations. The toilet did not flush so we had to change rooms. The AC in both rooms barely worked, it was a hot night. Everything just looked run down. There was a light switch that had black all over it and black on the wall over it from peoples hands. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel Hilton or not. The fresh fruit was apples, the omelet was paper thin and crunchy. I threw it away after 1 bite. This is so disappointing because their Embassy Suites breakfast is one of the main reasons our family of 5 stay there. I’m sorry that we decided to stay there as it definitely didn’t cost less than the Embassy Suites in Albuquerque where we stayed 2 nights before and had a great experience. Hilton needs to take a look at this property. We won’t be back!

Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful Breakfast okay

Stayed there overnight as part of an international move. Great location close to the airport with a free and quick airport shuttle that was able to accommodate our many bags in both directions and we were able to store 6 suitcases worth of stuff with the front desk so we wouldn't have to drag them to and from our rooms. Great happy hour drinks and snacks and a decent breakfast. Kid enjoyed the pool and the gym was pretty well equipped for a hotel. Area seems safe and we walked a mile to a nearby Target and Trader Joes and enjoyed the landing planes landing directly overhead along the route (the room itself was pretty quiet).

Overall horrible experience. Front desk has the absolute worst customer service ever. They can’t be bothered to look up from cell phones and the irritation on their faces when you ask anything. Housekeeping and breakfast employees were great. Paid far too much for no AC and apparently it’s not an isolated issue. No apologies. Icing on the cake being stuck in the elevator. Pressed the help button and no help ever came. My husband ended up prying the door open and he lifted me as it was between floors. When we went to front desk they were no concerned I was stuck and offered no assistance whatsoever. I had a headache and was sweating from the lack of air flow and temperature while being stuck.

Room was great and very clean. Staff was very polite when I checked in. I did have a little bit of issue with staff member being rude on two day, but overall great experience. I didn't really eat breakfast because they didn't have many choices I could eat. The only other issue i had was could not get TV in front room to ever work, but one in bedroom did so it was ok. I definitely will stay at this hotel again when I travel to CA.

Pool is very unclear

Breakfast here was great and the staff were very nice. The room was very spacious. The shuttle from the airport took a very long time to pick us up which was rough after a long day of travelling. When we checked in we were told there were complimentary drinks and snacks in the room but there was not. Some of the furniture in the room, like the dressers, were in kind of rough shape. All in all a good place to stay for one night. The breakfast made up for any of the annoying parts.

Hotel is conveniently located. The free breakfast is nice. We enjoyed a complementary happy hour beverage and the complementary snacks in the room was a nice touch.
