We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had a situation with different arrival times and detail oriented action, and the hotel and their transportation staff managed it beautifully. They made every effort to ensure that everything that was needed was reasonably accommodated. The staff were friendly, courteous and eager to help and make it a comfortable experience for hotel guests.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of scrumptious dishes, including healthier options for breakfast. Custom requests were adeptly managed.
Overall a very clean and well-maintained property, beautiful rooftop pool and located in a central area close to shopping and amenities.
Golconda Fort, several temples, the Birla temple, necklace road, Charminar and the adjoining market, are all within 20-40 mins drive.
The only complaint I have is that during a particularly hot week, the temperature in the room wouldn’t go below 21.5 degrees despite setting it lower. Same for the gym.
