Hotel is close to many restaurants, short walk to Martin Place and Theatre Royal. Room was quiet and roomy. Bed very comfortable. Chose not to have buffet breakfast, but went for the à la carte menu instead, which I enjoyed.

We had frequented this motel on many occasions when it was Radisson Blu. We were somewhat sceptical about the new name and what changes may be implemented. We were greeted by a familiar face and instantly welcomed back. We were very pleased and delighted that it was as we knew it and many old staff members were still there. Our stay was perfect. We had room service for dinner and it arrived hot, on time as indicated and with a polite and pleasant member of staff. The food was delicious.

On arrival staff met us at the entrance and assisted my wife with her bag then showed us to reception to check in Reception staff were excellent and checking in was a breeze The hotel was quite central in the city which made getting around easy Room was very good It was clean and well presented Highly recommend the paradox to any traveller

Great service and rates for what it probably should be. A couple pairs of earbuds were in the room on arrival but not required. Upgrade, fruit and water is a nice welcoming touch. Gym is great and if you train after work it’s empty.

Excellent stay in the heart of the CBD short walk to tourist sites. The room was large and bed comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling. One tiny thing, the TV in the room was old and faulty, not that we had time to watch much but it was a little frustrating. We reported the fault as we left so hopefully it will be replaced. We stayed in room 542.
