Pros: - front desk staffs are very helpful and friendly - buffet breakfast nicely presented, has variety of food choices, you can order any style of eggs from the kitchen. - washing machine and dryer where you can do laundry with a small fee - Great value for money CONS: - location is a bit far away from shopping centers, attractions and nice restaurants. You will need to get a Grab to go around, especially under the afternoon heat.

Rooms and toilet are clean which important for me.Hilton Inn room and toilet is well clean and neat.I am happy with stay as staff services are very good .Breakfast also good. I will book the Hilton Inn if I comeback to KL. Location also good for shopping and food.It was good stay.

It is not a good hotel, not worth for the money paid. Very poor carpets, beds and sheets. Bad smell around the hotel and in the rooms. Don’t trust on the photos what you see in the website. I advise everyone not to stay here.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent breakfast. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and always cheery natures. I definitely would stay here again.

Fin for one night. 90 minutes from the airport though. The room was not to standard of a Hilton hotel. Room cleaning and standard amenities ie. toilet paper often forgotten during our 4 night 5 day stay. The bed was comfortable though and bedding clean.
