A convenient place that is near to amenities. The fault lies with the safety aspect inside the room. (1). Exposed wiring from the bed side lamp ( using a 3 X core wire for a 2 X core wire connector). (2). Emergency torch light that doesn't work at all.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Staff was very thoughtful and helpful. Our car had some battery issues, and the staff went above and beyond to assist up in calling a mechanic and provide assistance for the car problems. Really thankful for being provided such wonderful service from the staff.

Though carparking is charged by the day with multiple entry, there was a double charge on one of the day. When query, the reception staff (guy) was kind of rude in clarifying details, he seem to be 'questioning'. Service staffs at breakfast was on the other hand very courteous. The place has lost its shine over the years.

Convenient location walkable to historical sites and shopping malls. The hotel is in need if a major refurbishment. The facilities wasn't great, the sauna and steam room was out of order. The pool was full of kids splashing around which was very noisy and crowded. Breakfast area was very busy had lots of choices if they refill the items also the quality isn't great. The room was spacious and comfortable. If you're looking for convenience and comfort this hotel suits the needs.
