We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast buffet. The food selection was quite limited, and adding more variety would make it much better. The coffee was also below average and could be improved. Aside from the breakfast and coffee, everything else was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 4 nights as a family vacation . The staff in every department were so attentive and so helpful. We loved the rooms. The breakfast had a huge variety to choose from and the coffee is a must to try. Hai and Kelvin were so helpful in Conceirge in making our trip more comfortable and enjoyable. The other staff were so friendly and helpful but sadly didn’t remember everyone’s name. The team in the club lounge were amazing too. Sad to go but we will all be back.

Beautiful rooms and great friendly service! The staff were so friendly and helpful - the concierge booked our travel out of HCMC with no trouble and was so thorough with directions and instructions. We particularly enjoyed the pool after a hot day and the pool bar staff were so attentive when it came to service and safety. We enjoyed happy hour at the roof top bar and got a beautiful view of the city! Conveniently located for exploring the city but still quiet enough that we got a restful night’s sleep. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Nice and comfortable

The staff are really attentive, and the location is great. It's within 5-10 mins drive of every main tourist attraction and there's food located nearby. Rooms are well-maintained. Staying here for the 2nd time.

The Mai House is very pretty. With the huge chandelier hanging overhead and the grand staircase leading down the hallway, it feels like a mansion. The service was top‑notch, and everyone was willing to help with the luggage. We tried the top lounge, which was gorgeous, but the food was meh. They tried hard with the burger, but the bread was dry, and we felt it was too sweet compared to what we’ve had before. Overall, I would come back to stay and eat out instead.

EXCEPTIONAL SOLO STAY – FIVE-STAR LUXURY AND FAULTLESS SERVICE My solo stay at Mai House Saigon Hotel was flawless. The hotel is gorgeous, featuring stunning design and a welcoming ambience that made me feel right at home. THE ROOM: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained by a wonderful housekeeper. After long days walking to beautiful city sights, my favourite ritual was relaxing in the gorgeous clawfoot tub. AMENITIES: I fully utilized the hotel’s incredible amenities. The 3-hour spa treatment was pure bliss, and the pool area is a tranquil oasis where I enjoyed several visits and a great afternoon nap. Room service was quick and delicious, the on-site restaurants and elegant lobby Afternoon Tea were fantastic, and having laundry done twice was seamless and efficient. UNMATCHED HOSPITALITY: The doormen and reception staff were warm and attentive every time I walked through the doors. I want to give a special acknowledgment to Diep at the concierge desk, who went completely above and beyond to secure a last-minute ticket for me to the Saigon Opera House and arrange a taxi. That level of dedicated service made my trip truly unforgettable. If you are visiting Ho Chi Minh City, look no further than Mai House Saigon. I cannot wait to return!

Beautiful Hotel, Great Location however Club Floor is not your usual Club Floor experience if you are travelling on Business. No Snacks they do serve Canapes on arrival but there was nothing offered on subsequent days. Breakfast choice on 2nd Floor was great however the Staff are poorly trained/duplicating tasks/not performing/ordering drinks was chaotic and very hit and miss over 5 days. shame as the decor of the hotel was beautiful - just let down by the inexperience/lack of training for some of the staff who were customer facing
