The air conditioning was out the entire night. I ordered room service they duid have what I wanted. I went to eat in the cafe they did have the first choice i made. They couldn't open the doors to our first room they had to change our room.

We stayed overnight and had to leave early the next morning, the staff were so helpful and polite. On our next trip we now going to stay for a few nights to enjoy the rest of the hotel.

The staff who met us in the airport and in the hotel were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Guill of housekeeping in the 5th floor made sure we had what we needed. Check in was fast. Breakfast buffet was good. Location of the hotel is very convenient for us who came from a long flight and arrived late at night. Will definitely be back.
