BEWARE!!!... CHECK YOUR BEDS FOR BEDBUGS AND ANTS! MY SISTER AND HER FAMILY HAD TO CUT THEIR STAY HERE, THE PLACE IS SO BAD, STAFF IGNORED THEIR COMPLAINTS. The FIRST is bad that they have to "upgrade" them with a different room, but the room is as bad (or worst) than the first. Water from the bathroom (when you take a shower) splashes outside the bathroom and make the room (bed) has water all over it. SECOND day, they left to roam around outside, after they came back they're wondering why they're so itchy while laying on their bed that day, they checked the bed and found BEDBUGS and ants! They called front desk, and asked to cancel the rest of the reservation, but they insist there is no refund! The staff (or the manager) is so uncooperative and took forever to respond. My sister decided to find another hotel in the middle of the night, they can't stand everything in this hotel! The hotel decided to refund the 2 or 3 days left of their reservation. But that place is a mess and outside is as bad as well. I REGRET RECOMMENDING/RESERVING THIS HOTEL TO MY SISTER!

the bed sheet had look like blood stain, small cockcoarch keep checking on us, do not bother asked for room service, NO ONE WILL SHOW UP. the only time a crew will come to your room when you check out to make sure you did not steal anything from them. the food at restaurant is just okay. nothing special. Go to Hotel 101 or Red Planet, for additional few bucks, you got better service. the guard are more accomodating. the crew had a beautiful smile, and thats all.

Stayed 1 night for an early flight the next day. Close to train station, fast food chains, malls and the airport. You can really feel the Filipino ambiance when you enter the lobby, the decor, rooms, furniture and the food have cultural representation. Friendly staff , very quick to respond to your needs and request. The only issue we had was the ac, not as cool as we wanted. And there was only a small window with a view of the roof of the other building. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. They provided basic toiletries and slippers, even gave us extra towels and pillows w/ no extra charge. Would definitely stay here again.

I'm looking forward to getting a Kabayan card for a points earner. I check in twice a year for almost a month. Kabayan is my home every time I visit the Philippines. All the staff members are very accommodating.

Always have miss communication between the staff. Stayed for 8 days and got extra 2 rooms for my family but never got updated. WiFi has been change to many different password??? It’s cheap and getting a toilet paper is a pain. I guess it doesn’t matter now.
