Disappointing stay – multiple issues
Our Aug. 4–7 stay at Paris Las Vegas was disappointing and did not meet the level of service we expected.
We booked two rooms, we arrived an hour early and charged extra for early check-in. We were told that if we didn't want to pay, we could leave and return later—but would have to stand in the long check-in line again.
We also pre-booked a Pool Cabana and paid extra for air conditioning option, but the AC was not working upon arrival. Housekeeping did not replenish basic supplies.
Finally, our room key was left inside the room, and only option was to wait in a long check-in line just to obtain a replacement key.
We expected a much higher level of guest service from Paris Las Vegas.
